Terms & Conditions

Alternative date

There are no alternative dates. The races will be held on the scheduled dates and will not be postponed. Team races: If the team races cannot be held, the classification will be drawn from the times of the individual races (the three best times from a maximum of five times). If the individual races cannot be held, the classification will be drawn from the team race.

Entry fee

The following services are included:

Start number
Allalin badge (regulations Art.15)
Reduction on ski pass
Transport of effects from start to finish
Admission to the evening events

Ski pass

The reduced ski pass can be ordered at the time of registration.
The special ski passes are valid for 1 to 7 days during the race week. The prices are in Swiss francs.

Registration

Registrations will be accepted immediately until the total number of participants as per Art. 14 (regulations) has been reached. Registrations are only possible via our registration portal. Once payment (entry fee) has been received, the registration is considered final. By registering, you accept the regulations in full, including any deviations from the SWO.

Transponder

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure the return of the transponder distributed with the start number after crossing the finish line.
Any missing transponders will be charged to the assigned racer the cost of CHF 100.00.

Mutations

Mutations will be accepted by e-mail until Monday noon (12:00) during the race week. No further changes can be made after this time.

Program changes

The official notice board at the race office and information channels will provide information about any changes to the program.

Starting order

The allocation of starting numbers for all races is based on the ranking of the last three years, provided that the registration was made up to 3 weeks before the event. For later registrations and new registrations, the starting order is based on the order in which registrations are received.
The starting numbers of the first 30 Men and 10 Women riders will be drawn by lot:

Start number distribution

Opening hours of the race office:
During the race week: Wednesday & Thursday afternoon 15.00-18.00 hrs.
On race days Friday & Saturday, already from 07.00 am.

Refunds & Vouchers

Under no circumstances does the Allalin-Rennen, refund entry fees or any purchases extras, such as, but not limited to, ski passes, Event T-Shirts etc, in return of monies (Cash, Twint, Credit card etc), instead only vouchers are issued.
Issued vouchers are to be redeemed through our online registration portal and are valid for 5 years.

Accommodation

Accommodation is the responsibility of the participants.

Race Information meeting

An information meeting will take place on Thursday evening. The time and place will be posted in the race office.
The meeting is optional, but recommended.
