Award ceremonies

The award ceremonies will take place on Friday and Saturday at 20:00 in the gymnasium.

Drones

Drones are prohibited on the entire event site (village / along the race track).

Entertainment

During the day in our Village area and in the evening in the gym there is a bar with live music.

Insurance

Every participant is obliged to take out accident insurance.

The organizing committee expressly rejects any liability for accidents.

Liability

The organizer declines all liability for theft and accidents.

Lost and found office

Lost property must be handed in or collected from Saastal Tourismus during and after the event.

Any queries regarding lost property after the event should be addressed to Saastal Tourismus

Accreditations must be requested online. Click here to register.

Payment methods

For registration, payments by debit/credit card, Twint and bank transfer are accepted.
During the event, payments will only be accepted in cash and Twint.
ATMs are available in the village.

Starting number draw (Top 30)

The starting number draw for the individual races will take place on Friday at 20:00 after the ranking announcement.
