Following the events of the last edition, the Organising Committee of the Allalin Race has worked closely with its key partners to define the way forward. Despite extensive discussions and clarifications, we must today share an important decision.

Following the tragic fatality and several serious accidents during the last edition, our entire team has been working in close coordination with our key partners to safeguard the race’s future and continuity. Despite these intensive efforts, the Organising Committee must announce with a heavy heart that the 44th edition of the Allalin Races cannot take place. It was a day full of emotions. A race in which many people met, supported and motivated each other – and experienced the mountain together.
The joy, the excitement, the pride – it was palpable. And yet all of this was overshadowed by a tragic accident that has shaken us deeply.
We would like to share some of the moments that touched us. In silence. In remembrance. And with great respect for what happened.
